According to information from the Faculty of Fine Arts, Design and Architecture, Bilkent student Tuba Alkan (IAED/I) went to Hatay on Monday, February 6, with the ANDA (Anda Kardeşe Vefa Derneği) Association teams as soon as she received news of the earthquake. Tuba told Bilkent News that she and her team rescued many injured people. On the first day they arrived, she saved the lives of an 8-year-old girl and her mother who were trapped under the rubble.
