Bilkent University has announced that, in 2022, 26 projects signed agreements with the Scientific and Technological Research Council of Turkey (TÜBİTAK) under its 1001 and 3501 programs.
The 1001 Scientific and Technological Research Projects Funding Program supports projects that generate new information or solve technological problems, while the 3501 Career Development Program is focused on providing project support for researchers who have received PhD degrees and are just beginning their careers.
Twenty-three Bilkent faculty members were selected to receive the 1001 funding for their research projects, and two were chosen to receive project funding under the 3501 program. Their names are listed below.
