An External Perspective on Ankara 

To celebrate the 100th year of the Republic, Bilkent University’s Department of Architecture collaborated with Rahmi M. Koç Museum in an exhibition that critically analyzes and documents the expansion of Ankara as the capital of the Republic. The exhibition displays the works of graduate students from a course taught by Asst. Prof. of Teaching, Giorgio Gasco, in the MSc program at the Department of Architecture. The exhibition, “On the Edge: An External Perspective on the Capital of the Republic on the 100th Anniversary,” provides insight into the dynamics of the formation and transformation within the urban landscape of Ankara through the students’ perspectives. With the participation of Rector Prof. Kürşat Aydoğan, the exhibition opened  at the Rahmi M. Koç Museum on November 14. The exhibition will remain open until November 26.
