I typically exercise between three to five days a week.

Consistent physical activity has boosted my self-confidence and made me feel healthier and more in shape.

I would encourage newcomers to take it slow and steady. While the benefits are undeniable, it’s essential not to overwhelm yourself. Consistency is key, and progress will follow naturally.
What are the first three things that come to mind when you hear the word “sports”?
Sports, to me, evoke thoughts of health, happiness and strength.
Which Bilkent sports facilities do you use?
I primarily make use of the gym, dance fields and the swimming pool.
Have you taken any courses or participated in any activities?
Absolutely, I actively participate in Zumba classes and the fit challenge as well as Salsa and Tango sessions.
