Tai Chi is a system of practices related to martial arts of Chinese origin. As well as being an art of living, it teaches people how to be in harmony with themselves and nature. It is a moving meditation technique and a wisdom teaching. For this reason, it can be referred to as “wisdom transformed into movement.”
A Tai Chi event, organized by the Physical Education and Sports Center, was held on February 14 at the Main Sports Hall with the participation of about 20 people.
