How often do you exercise?
I exercise four to five times a week.
How has regular exercise affected your life?
I love doing sports. They change my mood, make me positive and keep me active during the day.
What do you suggest to those who are just taking up a sport or starting to exercise?
Keep going, even and especially when you feel tired or when you want to quit. You won’t regret it.
What are the first three things that come to mind when you hear the word “sports”?
Friends, positivity, discipline
Which Bilkent sports facilities do you use?
Almost all of them. I go to all the Sports Halls, the stadium and sometimes the outside tennis court.
Have you taken any courses or participated in any activities?
I was on the volleyball team, and I have participated in table tennis, badminton and zumba as well as a volleyball tournament with my friends.
