Everyday — I have two or three trainings sometimes.
How has regular exercise affected your life?
Working hard and putting in effort makes me feel consistently positive and happy. And it enhances my ability to concentrate in other areas of my life.
What do you suggest to those who are just taking up a sport or starting to exercise?
Ignore people’s negativity and jealousy. Focus on your goals.
What are the first three things that come to mind when you hear the word “sports”?
Mindset, resilience and passion.
Which Bilkent sports facilities do you use?
I regulary use the gym, and I take tennis courses on the court.
Have you taken any courses or participated in any activities?
I play for the volleyball and basketball teams at Bilkent University.
I also play Korfball at club league and take pilates and yoga lessons.
