How often do you exercise? 

I exercise three to four times a week. 

How has regular exercise affected your life?  

It helped me with my sleeping problems. I feel much more rested and my sleep quality has improved significantly. 

What do you suggest to those who are just taking up a sport or starting to exercise?  

My advice would be that you have to look at it as a new way of living so you come to peace with not seeing results instantly.  

What are the first three things that come to mind when you hear the word “sports”?  

Cardio, fitness, energy. 

Which Bilkent sports facilities do you use?  

I use the fitness area.  

Have you taken any courses or participated in any activities?  

I try to go as much as possible, as my schedule allows. I have tried pilates, yoga, zumba and stretching. I have taken courses for pilates or yoga that Bilkent offers.
