What do you suggest to those who are just taking up a sport or starting to exercise?
Don’t try to do it perfectly, just do it and enjoy it while you’re doing a sport. Be mindful and listen to your body to see what you like or don’t like.
What are the first three things that come to mind when you hear the word “sports”?
Relaxation, dopamine rush, self-care.

Sports halls, playing fields and volleyball court.

I have participated in outside yoga and pilates classes.
