The Faculty of Law held the opening ceremony of the Erdal Onar Seminar Room on December 15, 2025, established in honor of Prof. Erdal Onar in acknowledgment of his valuable contributions to legal education.
Rector Prof. Kürşat Aydoğan attended the ceremony along with academics and distinguished guests. Prof. Onar’s academic legacy and his lasting impact on the legal community were accentuated during the ceremony.
Following the opening remarks, participants had the opportunity to visit the newly inaugurated seminar room, which will serve as a venue for academic discussions, seminars and scholarly exchange within the Faculty of Law.
