How often do you exercise?
Generally, I try to exercise five times a week.
How has regular exercise affected your life?
It has increased my confidence.
What do you suggest to those who are just taking up a sport or starting to exercise?
I know it is easy to say, but they should not give up once they start. They will eventually see progress.
What are the first three things that come to mind when you hear the word “sports”?
Discipline, leisure time that you set aside for yourself, listening to music.
Which Bilkent sports facilities (sports halls, playing fields, tennis courts, etc.) do you use?
Usually I use the Sports Halls, but sometimes I use the tennis courts and swimming pool as well.
Have you taken any courses or participated in any activities (university teams, intramural tournaments, swim festivals, Zumba master classes, etc.)?
Last semester I participated in a tennis course.
