Department of Fine Arts graduate Hayri Şengül (2016) and coartist Sinan Logie opened an exhibition for the 40th anniversary of the Siyah Beyaz Art Gallery on September 22.
Gallery Siyah Beyaz hosts artist pairs in the practice of coproduction. Sharing their time and space, the artist pairs not only work with the same material at different times, but also transform each other’s materials and images in the same space. This collaboration, which starts with the production process and is essentially
a life practice, invites the artists, the gallery and the viewers to cooperate.
“Hayri Logie, Sinan Şengün,” an experiential exhibit, will be at the Gallery Siyah Beyaz until October 21, 11 a.m. – 7 p.m. every day except Sundays.
