Czech Cuisine Week at Le Piment Rouge Practice Restaurant

As part of the International Cuisines course (THM 323) instructed by lecturer Elif Denizci, Czech Cuisine Week was held on November 13 at Le Piment Rouge Practice Restaurant.

The event was carried out with the contribution of Barış Ak, instructor of the Food Production Techniques course (THM 244). Czech Erasmus exchange students Matej Bradác and Anita Borutová, currently enrolled in the Department of Tourism and Hotel Management, also participated in the event. They contributed to the development of the menu as part of the preparation process.

Throughout the event, traditional Czech dishes were served to guests of Le Piment Rouge by Instructor Ali Ünal, lecturer of the Restaurant Service course (THM 246), together with his service students. During the event, students had the opportunity to gain hands-on experience and deepen their understanding of Czech culinary culture within a professional practice environment.
