Semester Break Sports Courses

During the semester break, the Physical Education and Sports Center will offer various courses. Participants may register at any of the Sports Halls.

Course Dates: January 7 – February 8

Registration Dates: Until January 6

Dormitories Sports Hall

Tuesday: Yoga, 6–7 p.m.

Thursday: Yoga, 6–7 p.m.                          

Main Sports Hall

Monday: Pilates, 12–12:50 p.m.

Wednesday: Stretching, 12–12:50 p.m.

Friday: Pilates, 12–12:50 p.m.

Aikido (Dormitories Sports Hall)

Tuesday–Thursday: 7:30–9 p.m.

Kendo (Main Sports Hall)

Wednesday–Friday: 5:30–7:30 p.m.

Tennis (Indoor Tennis Courts)

Monday: Beginner, 12–1:30 p.m.

Beginner, 1:30–3 p.m.

Wednesday: Beginner, 4–5:30 p.m.  Saturday: Intermediate,

12–1:30 p.m. Beginner, 1:30–3 p.m.
