How often do you exercise?
I play lots of sports, like tennis, football and volleyball, and I really love training in the gym. I am trying to do each of these sports, in total, six days a week.
How has regular exercise affected your life?
Exercising regularly has made my life amazing because when I complete a sport session, I feel super energized and am better able to organize my daily life.
What do you suggest to those who are just taking up a sport or starting to exercise?
I would recommend that it is more important to be consistent, training not more than two hours, than to do long sessions and tire oneself out.
What are the first three things that come to mind when you hear the word “sports”?
Happiness, well-being, consistency
Which Bilkent sports facilities do you use?
Most of the time I use the tennis courts and the Dormitories Sports Hall. These are my favorite sport facilities at Bilkent.
Have you taken any courses or participated in any activities?
Of course — currently I play on the tennis team; we recently went to Mersin to compete in the Tennis Super League. I am also an active member of Bilkent United, so participating in in-school activities is like one of my obligations. 🙂
